Fosters Garden Centre
was first established on Doncaster Road, Thrybergh in 1978. Starting off as a supplier of garden machinery, stocking brand names including Westwood, Flymo, Atco, Honda mowers and Qualcast, it soon progressed to providing a full range of
garden products from furniture and BBQ’s to greenhouses and quad bikes.

In 1985, a new workshop was built to cope with demand. In 1992, the company acquired Chestnut Tree Farm, converting the old barns to accommodate and expand the garden leisure side of the business.

Today it has other outbuildings to allow impressive displays of indoor and outdoor plants. A full range of garden furniture is on display, which in winter converts to a Christmas display. There is a coffee shop in the barns along with an antiques centre.

With the garden leisure side now relocated, the machinery department has a bigger showroom and stocks a full range of Ride on mowers, brush cutters, chainsaws, lawnmowers and much more. A spares department and workshop are able to offer a complete package of sales, service and repairs.

The Kaddy care department is the South Yorkshire service centre for Powakaddy golf carts. A full after sales service is available for ride-on golf carts and powakaddy’s.
