Formation of an order.

Purchasing from our website could not be easier. Simply select an item and add it to your shopping cart and follow the instructions to the check out.
 As soon as your order has been recieved by Fosters, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is for your peace of mind and to make sure that the product is in stock, as occasionally we do get back orders and delays in the shipment of stock.

Pricing and payment.

All our prices on the website are in sterling (gbp) and are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%. You can pay through our internet payment system or by sending a cheque made payable to Fosters of Thrybergh Ltd, Or if you are unsure about giving card details on line you can telephone Fosters Garden machinery on (01709) 850337. Goods will remain the property of Fosters of Thrybergh Ltd, untill payment is recieved in full.

Delivery

Delivery is free of charge to UK mainland unless otherwise stated on the product (excluding certain areas such as Scottish Highlands etc.) Our aim is to have the order delivered within 7working days. If you need the product sooner, do not hesiate to ring one of the sales team at Fosters. In the unfortunate event of the delivery being delayed we will contact you by email. Large items such as Ride on mowers and quads may have longer delivery times and delivery costs. All deliveries must be signed for and dated. We ask for you to check the product for damage or incomplete items within 24 hours so we can report this to the courier.

Returns. 

You have the option to return the item to Fosters within 21 days of purchase. We will accept products for return providing they are unopened and in their original condition. Please Email us first for a for a returns authorisation number, which we will forward onto you. The cost incurred of returning the product remains with the customer.The refund will be made within 21 days of Fosters recieving the goods, minus the cost of any transport costs incurred by us.
We advise customers to use recorded delivery to return products.

Images

All images are supplied by Fosters or the manufacturers. At times images and descriptions may differ to the product. Please check with us for any specification queries you may have. We reserve the right that changes are made to products as a course of continuous improvement and some are beyond our control,in all cases errors and omissions excepted.

 
Warranty. 

Our products all carry a manufacturers warranty. It should explain in the handbook or your receipt the duration of this warranty.For most products, in case of manufacturing defects the parts will be replaced free of charge.We do not accept the cost of transporting the product to an authoried dealer. There are certain exceptions to this depending on manufacturer. For instance the cost of transport on some ride on mowers can be reclaimed. Also some manufacturers only provide 6 months parts only warranty.


Security.

If you decide to buy from Fosters of Thrybergh LTD your details will not be passed on to any third party, with the exception of the delivery address to the courier. Fosters will send you details of our special offers. If you do not want to recieve this then apply "no specials" on the end of your order.

ALL GOODS SUPPLIED VIA THE INTERNET WILL BE SUPPLIED IN A BOXED CARTON IN  A UNASSEMBLED CONDITION.IN THE INSTANCE OF CUSTOMERS WISHING TO COLLECT THEIR GOODS FROM OUR RETAIL PREMISES- GARDEN PRODUCTS CAN BE ASSEMBLED AND PDI'D FOC.
